Learn from a Pro. Play Like a Champ.
Want to be the fastest on the field? We’re excited to host a special four-week clinic led by a former professional runner! This high-energy program is all about having fun while learning the "secrets" of speed.
Whether your athlete wants to improve their footwork, sharpen their reflexes, or just gain more confidence in their movement, this clinic provides the perfect environment to grow.

Clinic Highlights:

Fast Feet: Fun drills to improve coordination and balance.
Explosive Starts: Master the first three steps to beat the competition.
Pro Tips: Learn the same drills the pros use to stay quick and agile.

When: Four Saturdays this season (3/7, 3/28, 4/25, 5/9)
Who: Open to all recreational players looking to improve their game.
Cost: $100

Space is limited! This is a separate, optional registration designed to give your athlete an extra boost outside of regular team practice.
